The idea was if you got 30 people in your band,
    five would show up.
This album represents the artists and musicians who did.

As Pat Brayer put it, "This album is a snapshot... a medium for a photograph." I wanted to find the best people around that wereavailable in the Inland Empire and put them all on one record.
Some are still here and some are gone, but in one 24-hour period, we got this work down on a record. Everybody did it for the freedom; every person did their best with no comprimise.I threw them altogether in a studio and said
    "Go...!" and they did it.

My greatest hope is that one day this album will have set a
standard; that if, in a sense, artists and musicains have faith in one another to get the job done... something much larger than ourselves will happen.

about

I had Frank for a Philosophy teacher at Crafton Hills College back in the late 80's. This is off one of his first 7"s during that time. We used the original '45 to get the effect. Ass backwards, but a piece of time very fond to me. By far one of my favorite writers of all time.
Part of the inspiration for approaching this song was Jenny Toomey's cover of 'Keeping the weekend free' which was off of the same 7". Check out one of the best produced and well written albums you can add to your collection...

Every passing hour brings the Solar System forty-three thousand miles closer to Globular Cluster M13 in Hercules — and still there are some misfits who insist that there is no such thing as progress.-Kurt Vonnegut

Best mix performance on a good pair of headphones turned up loud while gazing up at the stars.

The art of life is multi- dimensional. This music is made by me and my friends. Avante!
