I wrote this piece while watching the Brayer household one year. The instrument is what I refer to as 'The Brayer Longhorn'. It is a Danelectro bass strung and tuned in the most bizarre way. I believe Michael Hedges and Pat came up with the idea of the tuning and stringing of the bass. The song is the Minds first foray into the video real in collaboration with photographer Kelly Pajack.
